Goal Setting involves establishing specific, measurable and time targeted objectives with our clients. To be most effective, goals should be tangible, realistic, and clear, and be meaningful to the organization. The key to success is to clearly understand the starting point (the status quo) and to have a clear vision of the desired outcome.
The action plan identifies tasks involved to reach the desired goals. Progress is most readily achieved by dividing the tasks into smaller steps. We carefully consider the advantages and disadvantages of possible plans as well as the related risks and opportunities of each plan. Through an iterative process we derive the optimal action plan.
The final step in the process is delivering the results. This requires carefully completing the work with flexible and adaptable solutions. This is critical since action plans and needs may change during delivery due to a changing environment.
